A hidden gem with a twist

The lagoon's crystal-clear water was mesmerizing. Perfect for a refreshing swim while watching colorful fish swim by. The surrounding natural beauty was truly breathtaking.

However, the check-in process was a headache. Arriving later than the designated hours left us locked out without any staff to assist. It was a frustrating start to our stay.

The pool needs serious attention—dirty and uninviting!!! Hot water issues and inconsistent electricity outages made the stay less comfortable than expected!!!

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We spent our days relaxing on the beach and swimming in a lovely cenote nearby. Snorkeling was an absolute blast. Just a heads up, the beach can have some seaweed, so plan accordingly.

One downside was a ridiculous camera fee they charged us for taking a few photos. It really put a damper on our experience.

The restaurant options were limited. The food didn't meet expectations. The nearby convenience store was my only alternative for meals. WiFi was unreliable, and I had to rely on my mobile data.

we had a wonderful stay at caleta tankah! the location was perfect, right on the beach, and the beach club felt private and secluded. our room was huge and comfortable. ernesto at the reception and branda at the restaurant took amazing care of us. the small cenote on the grounds was a beautiful bonus!

Just a decent option for a weekend outing in Tulum with excellent value for money. The beach was clean and free of seaweed, which was a real plus. Make sure to check the restaurant hours before planning your meals.
